This reversible patchwork jacket is by The Well Worn. Made from a beautiful vintage patchwork quilt with printed and quilted panels on one side and floral blue on the other. 

Jacket is fully bound on the inside with navy stripe binding and can be worn both ways. Fastened at the front with handsewn oversized poppers.

This quilt can make 3 jackets, the garments will be made to order - please note each jacket will have different placement of pattern but will be same colour and pattern. A one-of-a-kind-piece.
