Most of our products and collections are stocked with us and are packed within 24 hrs of ordering (Monday-Friday).

If your order contains items on pre-order, we will ship all of your items together once your pre-order is ready. Please contact us if you wish us to ship as two separate parcels before you place your order.

Packaging

Small items that are not part of a gift set are tissue and sticker wrapped and sent in a bubble postal envelope. 

Clothing is tissue wrapped and sent in a mailer bag to protect items from the weather.

Jewellery is sent in a branded gift box or pouch.

Gift sets are tissue and sticker wrapped inside a white postal box.  We send them in a postal bag to protect them from the weather.

If you would like to include a gift message simply add to the notes at the checkout and it will appear on your packing list.  If you would like a hand written message please contact us and we will happily include.
