Chloe Jacket in Sage Patchwork by The Well Worn

This one-of-a-kind jacket is made from a stunning vintage patchwork quilt with printed panels on one side and a beautiful all-over floral design on the other. The inside is fully bound with navy stripe binding and can be worn in reverse as well. Secured at the front with hand-sewn oversized poppers, each jacket is unique and may have different pattern placements, but will feature the same colour and design.
