The Twilight dress is handmade in London by Minkie Studio. With ruffles everywhere here in this lovely billowing dress with heaps of volume in the skirt . The navy polka spot fabric flows beautifully from the elasticated waist and the arm is fluted from the elbow again with a frill detail edging
