All orders received by 1pm GMT on a working day, will be dispatched the same day.
ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 48 – 2 to 3 days - £3.50 - This is a tracked service aiming to deliver within 2 working days. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.
ROYAL MAIL – Tracked 24 – next working day - £5.95 - This is a tracked service aiming to deliver the next working day. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order.
COURIER – Next Working Day (except Saturday) - £8.00 - This is a tracked, signed for, and guaranteed next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number when we fulfil your order. Your package will be delivered with DHL.
ROYAL MAIL – Saturday Special Delivery Guaranteed – £20.00 - For orders placed on Friday before 1pm, delivery will be on Saturday and should take place between 9-5pm.
Return & Exchange

You may return new, unworn or unused products within 14 days of the date purchased for a full refund of the cost of the goods. We advise the customers to return items & the completed returns form in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit. We are now offering Free Returns for UK orders, you will get a Royal Mail return slip in your package. We will issue you a refund (excluding the original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item upon your request and depending on availability
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For UK customers, we are happy to exchange any item but we can not guarantee we have what you want in stock. Send us an email at email@example.com
For international customers, unfortunately we can't offer exchange. You will need to create a new order.
